Shipping and Returns

Cloak Couture ships its products all over India and will soon be enabling International Shipping soon. We provide FREE shipping on all orders above the specified threshold! At Cloak Couture we understand how important it is to receive your products on time and in the finest condition – to ensure just that, we put YOU first and strive to deliver top-notch quality, fast delivery times, superior customer service and a seamless shopping experience with us.

Shipping Duration:

Once the order is placed and confirmed, we will dispatch it within 24 working hours. All our products are delivered between 4 – 7 working days. In situations beyond Cloak Couture’s control, there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Cloak Couture will strive to ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.

Shipping Charges:

Free Shipping All over India – for orders above Rs 1499/-  In case of orders below the bare minimum, shipping charge of Rs 80 is applicable.

Returns & Exchanges:

On abayas:

We’re happy to accept returns/exchanges on our modest wear abaya line!

  • All prepaid orders are eligible for returns. All COD orders are only eligible for exchanges.
  • You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours after the product has been receiving by emailing us on support@cloakcouture.com
  • All items must be in their original condition for a valid return/exchange request. The product is not eligible for return/exchange if the tags and labels are removed and if there are visible signs of wear, washing or any other defect. In such cases, the product will be shipped back to the customer and the exchange will not be processed.
  • For any claims of defects and missing items, unpacking video of the package is required. Exchange cannot be processed without the video.
  • For all return/exchange requests, a Rs.200 shipping fee will be applied for re-shipping. You can alternatively choose to self-ship/arrange pickups from us.
  • Only store credits are issued in case of refunds
  • The pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to
    pick up the shipment, you will have to send the shipment back to our
    company address. Reverse pick up facility is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

On hijabs and accessories:

We are currently not accepting any returns/exchanges on hijabs and accessories!

Our Returns & Exchanges policy covers conditions where you’ve received a damaged or defective product despite the quality checks we have in place before shipping the product to you. In no case do we entertain returns or exchanges if you did not like the product, color mismatch, or any other reason. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for items classified as accessories, discounted, sale or promotional items.

For your order to qualify as a return or exchange:

  • You must raise a return request by emailing us on support@cloakcouture.com within 7 days of receipt of your order
  • Product packaging, labels & tags must not be tampered with
  • Product must be in perfect condition
  • Refunds will only be processed for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit or to your original payment method. Timeline for the same would be 5-7 working days.
  • Exchanges will be accepted only in case of manufacturing defects/damages. You can self-ship the products, the standard shipping costs for which will be covered by us in the form of store credit or a payment to our source account. They should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit. Exchanges will be processed only once the product has been received in our warehouse and has been checked for quality

 

Cancellations:

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch, and any request for the same thereafter will not be entertained.

Cloak Couture reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, under the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in a reasonable time.

 

Cash On Delivery:

To avail COD Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for COD. Currently, COD service is available all across India, except Jammu & Kashmir, Assam and areas where COVID-19 restrictions are applied. COD charges of Rs. 60/- will be applied on checkout for orders below Rs. 1499/- and charges of Rs. 100/- will be applied on orders above Rs. 1499/-. Please note orders booked through COD will only be dispatched after on-call confirmation from our team. Please ensure our call is answered to confirm the order. COD orders may take longer than usual to be delivered i.e. upto 10 working days.
