Shopping Basics

Browse through our website, select the desired product and ‘Add to Cart’. Once you’ve added your desired items to cart, go to Checkout, fill in your details, choose payment mode, and sit back, relax – your order will be shipped to you!

When there’s an ongoing promotion or sale, discounts will be auto-applied at checkout. In some cases, we issue coupons that can be applied at checkout for redemption.

In case of combos, you’ll get the combo price for the specified quantity, any additional purchase will be billed at the original rate. For example, combo of 3 will be billed at Rs. 899. If you’re purchasing 4, the 4th item will be billed at its orginal rate.

Cloak Couture’s speciality lies in extensive range of colors, boasting of one of the largest offerings anywhere across India. Some of our collections have over 100+ colors. So, how do we ensure representation of colors on our website?

We shoot every product in ambient light with high-end cameras to ensure accurate reproduction. Furthermore, every picture is painstakingly edited on 100% sRGB monitors to ensure true-to-life colors. However, due to display differences and varied settings across devices, you may notice slight variation from the actual colors.

We go out of our way to extend all the support you need and ensure superior service.

We dispatch orders within 24 working hours post receiving your orders and have tied up with leading shipping partners to get your order at your doorstep at the fastest possible timeframe.

Estimated time for delivery is between 3 – 7 working days for prepaid orders. In case of COD, order delivery may take longer than usual i.e. upto 10 working days.

Rewards

Under the Cloak Couture Club (c3) initiative, we offer a rewards program to help you save up on repeat purchases with us. Every order you place with Cloak Couture will entitle you to receiving CC Coins that can be redeemed on your future purchase.

In order to earn CC Coins you need to place an order for minimum amount of Rs. 100 or more. For every Rs. 100 spent you earn 1 CC Coin. Earn 10 CC coins for successful account sign up.

You can utilize all your credit points in one go during checkout as there is no limit to utilizing them.
CC coins will have a fixed expiry date of upto a year.

Payments

We accept payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, in addition to Cash on Delivery option!

Yes! We abide by the highest security standards in place to ensure the safety of your data.

All our payments are processed via a leading payment gateway – RazorPay to ensure no risk of data theft. Also, Razorpay uses the highest assurance SSL/TLS certificate, which makes sure that no unauthorised person can access your sensitive payment data over the internet

GST is applicable for all items sold in India. All the prices that you see on the website are inclusive of GST.

Don’t worry! In case of a failed order, the debited amount will be automatically reflected to your source payment account within 7 days.

Shipping & Returns

We carry out stringent quality checks before shipping the product to you. In case you find the item to be damaged or defective, you can raise a request for return/refund/exchange by writing to us on support@cloakcouture.com with your order ID. We do not accept returns in cases citing color discrepancies or dissatisfaction for some other reason.

Once your refund request has been approved, the amount will be credited to your source account within 7 working days. You can also choose to get the refund as store credit.

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Modifications to the ongoing order cannot be made. In case you need to add items, you can place a separate order.
